I only log on here when it's a 3-day weekend. Go, me.

This is the life...

Every weekend should be a three-day weekend!

Winter can kiss my ass

I should have stayed home today but no, I went in to work. Took forever to get home again. Stupid Minnesota winters.

Bitch Boss Rides the Rag again

Boss lady was riding my ass so hard on Friday, I was tempted to suggest she pull my hair.

This has been a rough week, and I'm glad it's over.

Anyone have any plans?

Come on, weekend

The boss was on the rag today or something. Either that or she needs a good f**k.

Venture Bros!

I have finally got my hands on the latest Venture Brothers season on DVD. Pardon me while I roflmao!

Since when did Live Journal turn into Facebook? If I wanted to play stooopid games I'd join Faceblech.

This is my life somedays

I know I want to smack-a-bitch

Please copy and paste this to your blog if you know someone, or have been affected by someone, who needs a smack upside the head.

People who need a smack upside the head affect the lives of many. There is still no known cure for someone who deserves a smack upside the head except, of course, a smack upside the head, but we can raise awareness.

Many people will not pass this on. Please help us spread the word.

I need a boat

Everyone is out on the lakes, but I don't have access to a boat. That blows. For once the weather was good on Mem Day weekend. Usually it sucks. However I agree with Lucy. It seems too hot for May. Hope the rest of the summer isn't like this.

Anyone watching the finals tonight?

Snakes on Main

I've been thinking about getting a small snake for a pet. Maybe a grass snake, since they don't get too big. I've been to Petco a couple times and stood by the snakes and yearned.

Because Lucy did it

you are aquamarine

Your dominant hues are cyan and green. Although you definately strive to be logical you care about people and know there's a time and place for thinking emotionally. Your head rules most things but your heart rules others, and getting them to meet in the middle takes a lot of your energy some days.

Your saturation level is medium - You're not the most decisive go-getter, but you can get a job done when it's required of you. You probably don't think the world can change for you and don't want to spend too much effort trying to force it.

Your outlook on life is very bright. You are sunny and optimistic about life and others find it very encouraging, but remember to tone it down if you sense irritation.

May I have a mulligan?

I sent an IM to the wrong person at work today, and it may have been a twee snippy about her.

I reckoned if she was mad at me, I deserved it, but instead she apologized to me, thus making me feel ten times worse.

I'll be hiding under my rock.

Swiped from Lucy...sort of!

You Know a Lot About Christmas

You got 6/10 correct

You know tons about the history and traditions surrounding Christmas.

When you celebrate the holidays, you never forget their true meaning - or all the little fun details.

Random Christmas fact: "O Come, O Come Emmanuel" is the first Christmas carol. It dates back to the 12th century.

Lucy! You got some splainin' to do!

Where you been, girl?! And hell to the yeah, Renaissance Festival. Hmm, not Labor Day weekend, but maybe the following?

Writer's Block: All About My Mother

Who is your favorite mother (the character, not the actress) from television or the movies?

Sarah Connor. She is one tough broad.

Wow, it's still here...

I swear I only think about updating this when the Renaissance Festival rolls around, and hey!  It's that time of year again.  A bunch of us are going tomorrow; I don't know who chose such a hot day.  Blah.  At least it won't be a quagmire out there like last year, when we went after a couple days of torrential rains.  I am looking forward to a serving of soup in a bread bowl and some of the Queen's apples.  I may even partake of the King's nuts.  *laughs*

Also, this year, I want to be close to the stage for Puke & Snot.  *nods*

T-day in review

Thanksgiving dinner went okay yesterday. We had it at Aunt Elle's house, rather than at Bea's. For once, I didn't stuff myself to the gills.

Work has sucked ass lately. The biggest excitement came about when the Bitch got all whiny about something and tearfully packed up her shit. Of course, the rest of us were all like, "Go go go!" Unfortunately, it was a false alarm, and she's still there...like a cancer that just won't go away...

At least this is a four-day weekend.

Weekend Update

I'm planning on going to the Ren Fest with some friends this weekend. M'really looking forward to it. The food, especially! Last year, I had an awesome porkchop-on-a-stick, and it was spicy and so darn good! I think this year, I want to see Puke and Snot, even if I have to sit for an hour to wait for them. Usually, you can't get close enough to the stage to see them at all.

Still alive...

Wow, I guess I forgot I even had this thing. I'm still alive and kicking, though, more's the pity!

Work has sucked ass lately. The Bitch is over the top with her excessive bitchiness. Bitter old cow. No big plans for the weekend. Looking forward to getting out on the lakes again!

Urgh, when will I ever learn not to eat so much at Thanksgiving?!

Huge family get-together at Beatrice's. And her house isn't all that big! But we all fit in, and there was only minor sniping at one another. Got a couple cousins who don't get along all that well. Hey, play nice!

My baked beans went well, although I believe there was a fight over the few strips of bacon on top. We had turkey and ham, because Kent's second wife doesn't like turkey. Stay home, bitch!

But, no. I am thankful for my family, even the stupid second wives...
